Services for Teresa Burgess Bynum of Thomasville, are at 2:00PM on Saturday, May 14, 2005 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Arnold Buckner, Jr., the Rev. Aaron Burgess and the Rev. Ernie Beckwith will officiate and interment will be in Meigs Sunset Cemetery. Pallbearers are Hoyt Buckner, Shane Buckner, Kevin Burgess, Gary Anderson, Lance Anderson, Randy Anderson, Brandon Burgess and Mike Bonds. Mrs. Bynum died May 12, 2005 at her residence. Born March 9, 1954 in Mitchell Co., GA, she was the daughter of the late William H. Billy Burgess and Christine Rigsby Burgess who survives in Pelham. She was married to David Bynum, Sr. who survives. Mrs. Bynum was a member of the Cotton Assembly in Cotton, GA. She was a homemaker and sang with the Gospel Hi-lights. Other survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca Lynn and Shane Buckner of Pelham, son, David Bynum, Jr. of Thomasville, daughter, Courtney Bynum of Pensacola, FL, grandson, Will Buckner, brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph and Joann Burgess of Pelham, James Bimbo and Sharon Burgess of Thomasville, brother, Ricky Burgess and sister and brother-in-law, Libby and Arnold Buckner, Jr. all of Pelham.
