Ms. Diaz died August 14, 2008 at Grady General Hospital. Born July 30, 1958 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late James Hughes and Barbara Stillwell Hughes. Survivors include son, Joseph Turner of Pelham, daughter, Tina Marsh of Boston, grandchildren, Ashley Ramirez, Gracey Ramirez, Eion Turner, sisters, Darlene Turner of Coolidge, Donna Allen of Baxley, brother, James Hughes of Thomasville, special aunt Seretha Thompson of Thomasville, special friend Bobby Hale of Cairo and several nieces and nephews.
