Services for Thomas Clarence ?Tom? Ferrell of Thomasville are at 11:00AM, on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Thomasville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where he was a member. Bishop Charles W. King and Bishop Charles H. King will officiate and interment will be Wednesday at 3:00PM at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Madison, Florida. His nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Carton Crum, Sonny Folsom, Melton Covington, Gary Cranford, Dudley Dixon and Pat Watson. Mr. Ferrell died October 17, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born September 16, 1940 in Madison, Fl. he was the son of the late Cordell Franklin Ferrell, Sr. and Irene Blanche Smith Ferrell. On October 18, 1956 in Valdosta, GA he married Gladys Humphrey Ferrell who survives. Mr. Ferrell was a retired Insurance and Financial Planner. He graduated from Madison County Florida High School and Blue Ridge Community College in Harrisonburg, VA. and was an Elder in the Melchizedek Priesthood. Other survivors include a son, Thomas B. Ben Ferrell of Crawfordville, FL., daughter, Pamela Ferrell of Thomasville, grandchildren, Riley Ferrell and Wesley Barnett, sisters, Lovie Baxter of Key West, FL., Estelle Herndon of Jennings, FL., Gladys Bass of Madison, FL., brother, Cordell Franklin Buddy Ferrell of Pinetta, FL. and a number of nieces and nephews.
