Troy Barnard

Troy Barnard, 51, of Ochlocknee passed away on Wednesday March 4, 2020 at his residence. Born on January 11, 1969 in Bruswick, Ga, he was the son of the late Winifred Barnard and Margie Brown Barnard. Troy was a self-employed sub-contractor and was a kind and gentle soul who was a friend to everyone. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Monica Barnard; daughters Jennifer McGrotha, Ashley Jarvis, and Morgan Jarvis; grandchildren Conner Morrell and Bates Daniel Krout; sisters Janet Walker and Debbie Bass; aunt Maxine; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
