Services for Uvalda Fallin ?Pete? Barnes, 81, a lifelong Thomasville, GA resident, are at 2:00PM on Sunday, June 27, 2004 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Barnes passed away on June 24 at the home of Mark and Patricia Barnes-Brookshire in Jacksonville, Fl. She was a member of Merrillville Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband Addison Way Barnes and son, Frank N. Barnes. A deeply devoted, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend. She is survived by her daughter Patricia and her husband Mark; daughter-in-law Anne Barnes Wahl; granddaughter Melissa Clanton, her husband Michael and two great grandchildren Leah and Chad; grandson Frank A. Barnes, his wife Pam and two great grandchildren Avery and Franki; granddaughter Rachel Brinson and her husband Scott and two great grandchildren, Taylor and Codee; granddaughter Laura Phillips; brother Lewis H. Fallin and his wife Eleanor. Special thanks and God bless Community Hospice of NE Florida and the loving caregivers, Lucille Lovejoy and Mary Pearl Johnson that have cared for ?Mother Pete?. If memorials are being considered, the family request in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Community Hospice of NE, FL.
