Vera Nell Singley

Vera Nell Singley, 94, of Cairo passed away on November 15, 2013 at her home. Born November 07, 1919 in Gilbertown, AL., she was the daughter of the late Sidney M. and Lena Doggett Singley. Ms. Singley was a member of First Baptist Church in Jackson, AL., but was currently attending First Baptist Church in Cairo, GA. Survivors includes devoted niece Cindy F. Allday, sister Mary E. Walker; sister-in-law Johnnie Singley, nephew Michael Finch and wife Annette of Lafayette, LA, niece JoAnn Fowler and husband Bill of Albany, GA., nephew Sidney Singley and wife Charlotte of Panama City, FL.; a host of grandnieces and nephews and great grandnieces and nephews; and devoted caregivers Teresa Wiliams and Faye Gainor.
