Veronica Darlene Denison Cave, 77, passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2019 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on May 13, 1942 in Cub Run, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Walter Woodrow Denison and Rena Wilson Denison of Cub Run, KY. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Harold Waymon Denison of Horse Cave, KY and Terry Dean Denison of Cub Run, KY. She leaves behind a spouse of 56 years, Gordon Wayne Cave, and one child, Laura Anne Cave Sanders (Alan), both of Thomasville, Georgia. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She was confident in her salvation from Christ and knew she was going to be with the Lord. Her family will miss her so much, but looks forward to seeing her again one day. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, May 31, 2019 from 5-7pm.
