Wandell Richardson Shirley

Funeral services for Wandell Richardson Shirley, 82, of Albany will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Antioch Baptist Church. Rev. John McLain will officiate and interment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Born July 24, 1932 in Pavo, she was the daughter of the late Doss and Sally Bozeman. Mrs. Shirley was married to Horace Richardson, who preceded her in death and then married Elwood Deason, who also preceded her in death. Later she married Donald Shirley, who survives. Other survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Marty and Lynn Richardson of Thomasville and Tony and Cayla Richardson of Sugar Hills, GA; daughters and sons-in-law Debroah and Stout Davis and Ronda and Eddie Brookerd all of Albany; also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; and brother Buck Bozeman of Pavo and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers Otis Bozeman, Elery Bozeman, Cleveland Bozeman, Bill Bozeman and sisters Winifred Greene and Gladys Redding.
