Ms. Willis died February 23, 2004 at her residence. Born May 4, 1933 in Colquitt, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Charlie Duncan Davis and Edie Mae Davis. Survivors include daughter, Sharon Willis Grace of Oxford, MS., sons, Greg Willis and Jack Willis, Jr., of Cairo, GA., brothers, Eugene Davis of Atlanta, GA., Leon Davis of Woodstock, GA.; nieces, Vickie Pearson of Oakfield, GA., Debbie Pallone of Woodstock, GA., nephews, Ferrell Davis of Colquitt, GA., Wayne Davis, of Albany, GA., granddaughters, Brittany Grace, Courtney Grace both of Oxford, MS., Hannah Willis of Cairo, GA., grandsons, Steven Grace of Oxford, MS and Justin Willis of Cairo, GA. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia, 818 Gordon Ave., Thomasville, GA 31792. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
