Wendell O. Lawson

Services for Wendell O. Lawson of Thomasville are at11:00AM on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at First Presbyterian Church where he was a member. The Rev. Dr. Stephen Murray and the Rev. Daniel Smoak will officiate. Mr. Lawson died Feb. 24 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born July 25, 1917 in N. Warren, PA he was the son of the late Lars John Lawson and Marie Olsen Lawson. On July 26, 1940 in Pennsylvania he married Myrl Long Lawson who survives. Mr. Lawson was a supervisor at Struthers Wells and was a Mason. Other survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Roger Mahan of Hellertown, PA; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A son, John Ogle Lawson, preceded him in death.
