Graveside services for Wilhelmina Watt Mallette Gillian, 85, of Thomasville will be at 10:00AM, Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Rev. Leigh Ann Raynor will officiate. Mrs. Gillian was born October 4, 1916 in Boston, Ga. the daughter of the late James Alpheus & Susan Watt Mallette. She was married to James Walker Gillian who survives. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a retired Elementary School teacher in Georgia and California and a 1st Lt, in the Army-Air Force during WWII. Other survivors include her daughters, Susan G. Meyer of Lafayette, CO., and Nancy M. G. Barrante of Torrington, CT., grandchildren, Holly Meyer, Jennifer Meyer Ryan and Stephanie Barrante.
