Services for “Will” Vernon Willis Williams, 44 of Thomasville will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Dawson Street United Methodist Church. Rev. Tommy Odum will officiate. Will passed away August 24 at his residence. Born June 13, 1970 in Thomasville, he is the son of Jimmy Leroy Williams and Joyce Williams of St. Simons Island. He is preceded in death by his mother, Alicia Willis Williams. He worked in the system support department for MPK Automotive Systems and was a member of Friendship Presbyterian Church. Other survivors include daughters, Carolyn Williams and Maggie Williams both of Thomasville; sisters & brothers-in-law, Dena & Bobby Hill of Lawrenceville, Paige & Jay Stanton of Raleigh, NC; sisters, Renee Ballestros of Richmond Hill and Jackie Sipe of St. Simons Island; brother, Chance Reeves of St. Simons Island and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, C/O Vickie Lutes P.O.
