William "Bill" Joseph Bramblett III, 68 of Thomasville, GA sadly passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2024. Bill was born November 29, 1955 in Panama City, FL to Joyce Jones Bramblett and William Joseph Bramblett Jr and grew up in Tallahassee, FL.
Bill attended Leon High School and after graduation attended Florida State University, earning a bachelors degree in Business. It was at FSU that Bill met his wife Karen whom he married in 1981. This union was blessed with two children, Kate and Paige. Bill had a variety of jobs throughout his life but his favorite job was being a stay-at-home dad and raising his two daughters.
He is predeceased by his mother, Joyce Jones Bramblett and father, William Joseph Bramblett. He is survived by his wife Karen and his two children Kate Paulson (Neil) and Paige Bramblett (Mackenzie) and his beloved "older" sister Cynthia Ann Bramblett. In addition, he is survived by his beloved in-laws, nieces, nephew, his family in Texas as well as many, many friends.
Bill had a quick wit, loved to laugh and had a soft spot for dad jokes. So, in his honor, raise a Tito's and tonic (his favorite) and tell your best or worst dad joke. The viewing will be Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 pm and the funeral will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 19, 2024. Both will be held at Allen and Allen Funeral Home in Thomasville, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
