Services for William Curtis Bill Bragg of Valdosta are at 3:00PM on Sunday, September 28, 2003 at East Side Baptist Church in Thomasville, GA. Rev. Tim Robson and Rev. James Cagle will officiate and interment is in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Rodney Willis, Ricky Willis, Melvin Musgrove, Lynwood Arline, David Willis and Bobby Willis. Mr. Bragg died September 25, 2003 in Valdosta. Born April 19, 1933 in Ochlocknee, GA., he was the son of the late Earl and Minnie Lee Lane Searcy. On April 8, 1977 in Thomasville he married Lonnell Willis Bragg who survives. He was retired from the United State Air Force and a member of Bemiss Road Baptist Church. Other survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Don and Kathy Carter; grandchildren, Dillon and Faith Carter all of Valdosta. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thurman Bragg and Tom Bragg. Memorials may be made to the Bus Ministry at Bemiss Road Baptist Church, 3307 Bemiss Road, Valdosta, GA. 31605. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8PM on Saturday.
