William Danial Wilford

Graveside services for William Danial Pete Wilford, 66, of Pavo, are 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 19, 2007, in Laurel Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Merrill Coram officiating. Mr. Wilford died February 16, 2007, at Archbold Hospital. Born October 3, 1940 in Pavo, he was the son of the late Hubert A. & Emma Bozeman Wilford. Mr. Wilford was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the American Legion, a member of the Thomasville Masonic Lodge and a member of Dawson Street Baptist Church. He was also a member of the popular band, The Chevelles. On August 30, 1968, in Thomasville he married Nancy Woody Wilford, who survives. Other survivors include son, William Danial Wilford II, of Atlanta, brothers & sisters-in-law, Jerry E. & Jan Wilford, of Thomasville and Hubert Hilton Pat & Beverly Wilford, of Albany.
