Mr. Cone died Apr. 6 at his residence. Born May 22, 1942 in Thomas Co., he was the son of the late William Irvin and Minnie Lee Holland Cone. He was a retired truck driver for Nabisco. Survivors include son, Hal Cone of Atlanta, GA, brothers, Oris Cone of Lake City, FL, Buddy Cone of Thomasville, sisters, Dorothy White of Columbia, SC and Elizabeth ?Boots? Langley of Thomasville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Thomasville-Thomas County Humane Society, 180 Big Star Drive, Thomasville, GA 31757 or to the State YMCA of Georgia, Inc., 3015 Flowers Rd. South, Atlanta, GA 30341. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM on Saturday at Victory Baptist Church and from 5-7PM at his home at 307 Palm Drive, Thomasville, GA.
