William Roger Harris

William Roger Harris, 64, of Pavo, Georgia, passed away on April 26, 2026. He was born on September 27, 1961, in Hampton, Virginia to the late Charles Allen and Virginia Anne Lawhorne Harris, who survives.

An avid outdoorsman, William derived great joy from fishing, hunting, gardening, and grilling, often sharing these passions with his loved ones. Family gatherings were a cornerstone of his life, where he cherished every moment. William is survived by his significant other, Beverly Smallwood, and his daughter, Rosa Escobar, both of Pavo. He is also survived by his brother, Johnny Harris, of Live Oak, Florida. William was preceded in death by his father, Charles Allen Harris, and his brother, Allen Harris.

William will be remembered for his warm spirit, kindness, and the love he shared with those around him. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the graveside service to be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 12 PM at 121 Simpson Drive in Pavo. He will be dearly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew him.
