William Board Howell (Bill), 64, died at his residence on October 16th, 2023. He was born in Grover, NC, on August 29, 1959, to Dr. Jefferson Trent Howell Jr. and Martha Ann (Board) Howell.
Bill graduated from Waycross High School, Waycross, GA, in 1977. He received his bachelor's degree in business from Presbyterian College, Clinton, SC. Following graduation, he worked for Milliken and Carters. In 2002 he began work for Flowers Foods, Thomasville, GA, where he was employed until his retirement in 2021.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Jefferson Trent Howell, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Martha Ann Howell, brother Jeff Howell (Carole), sister Susanne Howell Drew (Gary), nephews Trent Howell (Heather), Bradford Drew (Whitney Rostad), Ethan Drew (Brynn), and several great nieces and nephews.
A family graveside service will be held at a later date in Pulaski, Virginia. Allen & Allen Funeral Home and Crematory, Thomasville, GA, has been entrusted with arrangements.
