William Jack Edwards Sr

William Jack Edwards, Sr., 79 of Ochlocknee passed away April 1, 2018 at his residence. Born May 11, 1938 in Centre, Alabama, he was the son of the late William Roy Edwards and Opalzay Lloyd Edwards. He was married to Mary Jane Adams Edwards, who survives. Mr. Edwards was of the Jehovah Witness faith and owned and operated Jack’s Mobile Home Repair until 2001 and had been in the mobile home repair business since 1967. He loved to garden and spend time with his family. He is also survived by his children, Donna Dixon and husband Eddie Dixon of Whigham, Nicki Thomson and husband Tim Thomson, MD of Thomasville and William Jack Edwards, Jr of Ochlocknee; grandchildren, Dana Duncan, Mason Dixon, Vicki Ann Wiggins, Tanner James Edwards, Megan Smith, Emily Atkinson and Celie Atkinson; great-grandchildren, Dylan Bernard, Hannah Bernard, Kaitlyn Bernard, Conner Duncan and Madison Sampson. He was preceded in death by brother, Jerry Edwards. The family will receive friends 5:00 -7:00 pm, Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home. The family will be having private services.
