William Willie Guy Jones

Services for William Guy Jones affectionately known as Willie are at 10:00AM on Monday, May 8, 2006 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Gordon Cloud and the Rev. Clay Cantrell will officiate. His final resting place will be in Big Ochlocknee Cemetery with his grandmother. Willie died May 6 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born October 12, 1973 in Thomasville he was the son of Billy and Kathy Jones of Cairo and Linda Burke Cherry of Cuthbert, GA all who survive. He was a 1992 graduate of Thomas County Central High School. Other survivors include his maternal grandparents, Jack and Mary McCormick of Macomb, Ill., brothers, Chris Jones of Thomasville, Matthew Jones of Tallahassee, FL, stepsisters, Jo Cone of Lake Wales, FL, Kristy Johns of Cairo and stepbrother, Thomas Johnson of Cairo. A very special acknowledgement to his loving and faithful fiancé Christy Rucker of Thomasville. His beloved grandmother, Ruby Lee Jones, preceded him in death.
