Willie Day Miller Self

Willie Day Miller-Self, 67, a long time resident of Monticello, FL, lost her battle to cancer on September 18, 2009. She died in her home in Monticello, FL. She is survived by her children Virginia Day Self, Paula Leslie Wilkinson and her husband Del, Paul Edward Self, Will Lucas Self and his wife Lori; six grandchildren; Joshua Brian Kukus and his wife Regina, Paul Jeremy Kukus and his wife Desiree, Coyle David Self, DJ Wilkinson, Brittany Dale Shepherd, Vivian Michele Shepherd; two great grandchild Sarah Daisy Kukus and Gwendolyn Day Kukus; and two nieces Melissa Louise Smith and Amandah Maretta Miller. She was preceded in death by her brothers Rollo Banks Miller and Leslie Varnaman Miller.
A family memorial will be held at the home of Luke Self in Rapid City, SD. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Covenant Hospice 1545 Raymond Diehl Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308
