Services for Willie Horace "Bill" Riles, Jr., 64, of Thomasville, are at 3 p.m., Saturday, August 29, 2009, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Bishop Travis Mitchell will officiate and interment is in Laurel Hill Cemetery on Georgia Street. Mr. Riles died Aug. 26 at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman. Born, Jan. 6, 1945, in Sumter, S.C., he was the son of the late Willie Horace and Louise Virginia Rittle Riles, Sr. He was married to Joe Ann Mobley Riles, who preceded him in death. Mr. Riles was a salesman for Riles Trampolines. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Frank Barnes of Merrillville; daughter-in-law, Cherie Riles of Tallahassee, Fla.; grandchildren, Randall Riles, Cody Riles, Avery Barnes and Franki Barnes; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois and Joel Hendricks of Shelby, N.C., Julia and Stan Rauls of Sumter, S.C. and Nancy and Jerome Reeder of Baltimore, Maryland; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Steven Riles; grandson, Taylor Riles; brother, Gene Riles; and sister, Angela Riles.
