Graveside service for Wilma Howard Harris will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Wilma Harris, age 78, of Lakeland passed away on April 10, 2022, at her residence. She was born in Quitman on June 19, 1943, to the late Mackenly and Evie Ellen Howard. Wilma was a member of First Church of Nazarene in Thomasville and retired from Coats and Clarks after 34 years of service. Survivors include daughters Cynthia Ellen Cox Bonner of Lakeland, Rebecca "Becky" Ireene Jones (Tom) of Boston; son Christopher Earl Cox of Thomasville; grandchildren, Lehman J. Evans (Darby), Timothy A. Evans (Hannah), Stacey A. Merritt, Thomas S. Jones (Vanessa), and Olivia F. Puckett (Dyllan); greatgrandchildren, Kelsey Rae Evans, Logan Chance Evans, Isabella "Izzy" Evans, Abigail Grace Merritt, and Ella Rae Jones; stepchildren, Cecil Ted Harris Jr. and his son and 2 daughters, Teresa Lyn Allen and her daughter, and Kimberly James and her 2 sons.
